The Dare to Live Trust runs trauma-informed life skills programmes for all military, first responders, NHS Frontline workers and journalists, as well as programmes for frontline youth service professionals, carers and disadvantaged young adults who are at risk of the effects of criminal/violent activity, abuse and exploitation.

We support these groups with Trauma Transition; which means finding a new purpose and direction for their lives.
